Shipping policy
Free EU Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €40 within the European Union.
For orders under €40, a flat shipping rate of €4.95 applies.
Delivery Times
- EU standard shipping: 3–6 business days
- Express shipping (EU): 1–3 business days (additional charge at checkout)
- International (outside EU): 7–14 business days
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties
For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. For international orders, any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
