We stand behind every Roséveil product. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Return
- Email us at hello@roseveil.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 1–2 business days
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@roseveil.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost.
