I know you get charged high fees when we do the transactions so if you want you can submit your local payment methods such as Pakistani bank acc details, Easypaisa, etc. below and I can arrange all our future payments directly so you don't get charged unnecessary fees. You would always receive it in PKR but according to the current exchange rate. We would do these payments at the end of each month and whatever dollar-amount I need to send you would be converted with the current exchange rate and then sent to you. 

The other option is still like before that we do it through fiverr. 

So I could either send you the 75 I owe you now, via fiverr or at the end of June with other payouts that are expected as well. (We have the chance of two more payouts for this month)

It is up to you but I am just letting you know in case you might be thinking that you are losing out a lot on fees.
